From boat trips at sunset and all-day snorkelling sessions to diving courses for beginners and unforgettable underwater excursions for experts, there’s something for everyone in the deep blue beyond. Boat Day

There’s nothing quite like admiring Ibiza’s beauty by boat. Bobbing atop the waves, spectacular cliffs and coves in the distance, it gives you an entirely different perspective of the island. To make the most of it, grab a gang of mates and head out for a half or full day of exploration on the very best Magicharter vessels. Boats are available for eight or nine (plus captain), and trips include an afternoon of swimming and snorkelling, or a sunset trip taking in the majestic rock of Es Vedrà, or heading south to the iconic party beach of Cala Jondal. Full day charters can also be booked for those looking to take in as many sights as beach stops as possible.

Or immerse yourself in the depths with the team at Arenal Diving, who offer a range of diving courses and trips dependent on experience. Beginners can discover Ibiza’s captivating marine life on a supervised trip with instructors; qualified divers can explore awe-inspiring underwater sites; and anyone can embark on a PADI-certified course to emerge as a confident, responsible diver. Expect spectacular coral formations, diverse marine species, and a multitude of invigorating locations to get the blood pumping.
